Crownline Boats has been purchased and will resume production in the near future, the company announced today. Tony Zielinski, owner of Leisure Properties, and Dave Wilson, owner of Misty Harbor and Ultracraft, have joined together to purchase Crownline Boats.
Where is Crownline boats made?
Crownline Boats were originally built in a diminutive manufacturing facility located in Whittington, Illinois. The upholstery shop was situated independently in a vacant grade school physical education building. The first boat built, a 182 BR, came down the assembly line on March 25, 1991.
